More Surprises... an "old" friend pays a visit and a wonderful BD card.

An old friend pays me a visit. It has been a long time (was it like 2-3yrs) since we last met and I'm so happy to meet her. She looks better than ever, except that I felt that she shrunk. Spoke to me a little about her life, but didn't managed to go into details as her friends joined us for dinner. I'm very happy to meet her again after so long and will ring her up real soon.

Woke up this morning and saw a letter for me. Its a birthday card! This card has brighten up my room. I've stick it on my wall, next to my table, and its is consistency smiling at me.

Also, receive an email from my elder brother abt a birthday cake that he wanted to get for me. But will only get it when I'm back, but its OK. I feel that is the thoughts that counts. Over the past yrs, I felt that the bond among 3 of us has really strengthen. I would really want to strengthen it even more as well as improving the relationship between the sons and my mum. Currently we are still quite a distance apart and most of the times. Most of the time, my mum can't really catch and understand our point and we are too impatient to explain, which often leads to argument. I feel that the key is the expectation of each other; we expect mummy to understand and mummy expects us to listen to her view.

Also worth mentioning, are all the wishes send to me. Thanks to all of you!

Oh well, this sums up to be a Happy day... and there's more when I meet some friends for dinner later.
