Sometimes ppl just need to learn through their own experiences. There's nothing much other ppl can do. And knowing that those close to u have to go through this suffering is a torture.

How to empower others?
Exams is getting near and time is tight.
Got to recover from cough and flu. Lots of reading for me to catch up. Got to focus and give everything I have.
